Food was good, prices are perfectly fine for what ya order. Today's service on other hand was different. Not sure if the waiter was having an off day or what but his demeanor and attitude was half poor. Meaning he wasn't happy chipper or positive energy type that a server can give. He just seemed like he was elsewhere mentally. Sat me in a booth, eventually got my drink then food order (which he forgot about a part of my order/I was not charged for it ty) then only walked by once when I was half done asking how things were (as he walked by not stopping), never came by to refill my coffee or ask if I wanted a refill. When I was done eating my brunch he walked by and put a dining receipt on the table. He was polite when I talked to him at register tho because I had asked him a question. Otherwise nothing. I didn't even know he rang me up on the register til I went to give receipt for order and he told me that he already got it and that card reader just waiting on me. Not the worst experience I've have with servers but definitely not the best. Yes I did leave a tip for what he did earn as far as seating and serving meal.

Food is honestly gross, flies everywhere, food covered floors, and extremely hot inside. Waiter gave me the wrong drink and then accused me of ordering what he gave me. Not to mention listening to the kitchen talk about giving people head the entire time

Waiter sucked but food was ok. Server had a earbud in his ear the whole time , took my order wrong, and had a sad attitude/vibe. He didn’t smile once bring down the whole atmosphere. When I asked to replace the wrong item, he looked at me confused with a delayed response. The host who seated us also had an angry upset attitude which set the mood for the whole visit. Host tossed two menus on the booth then returned with two sets of silverware slamming them down onto table. This was my first visit to raspberries in years and I don’t see myself returning anytime soon.

First time being there, the food was amazing. I got breakfast sausage with my breakfast, and they were a pretty good size compared to like the normal skinny one you get. It was great.

Great breakfast stop here! Waitress was friendly, pleasant and fast. The food came out quickly and was hot as it should be. Will definitely stop here again when in the area!

Not sure what is going on with this place. I have tried to go several times to eat. Twice I left after waiting to be seated for 10 minutes . Never seem to have enough people working. One of the guys that works there really hates his job or hes just miserable. To bad not a lot of places around to get breakfast. I dont recommend this place.

Our waitress was perfect. The atmosphere seemed outdated. The food was ok. And the prices were crazy. Seriously. How are they still in business? The portioned cream cheese for the bagel was pathetic. And I suspect that they don't use real butter. It didn't taste like butter, it didn't melt on my toast and it didn't melt on the warm bagel. Sounds like cheap unhealthy short cuts. raspberries overall is just that... A Big Fat Raspberry phppt!!!!!!!

We go out to breakfast every single weekend. Decided to try a new place. Waited to be seated and then once we got a table we had to get our own menus off another table. Sat there for over 10 minutes until someone came over asking what we wanted to drink. Meanwhile like 2 minutes after we got a table a group of guys came in and they were immediately seated and drink orders taken. So of course we sat watching that table get served first.

This place has the smallest breakfast menu I have ever seen. The home fries were a no-go for me. Barely cooked. We frequent so many other breakfast spots between Utica and New Hartford that we probably wont be back here again. (Not to mention they cost more than most breakfast diners around here)

Alls well, here, if you go at the right time. I've had great food and service early mornings, during rush hour. When the parking lot is full, though, I try to ceme back another time.
Best breakfast place in North Rome!

Nothing had really been significantly updated since purchase from friendly. There is a decent selection to choose from. The limited staff are nice. Seems to be moderately busy few times I've been there. Prices are a tad overpriced as this is not fine dining!
