Most of the Area baby boomer cut our drinking teeth at the Post. I remember Larry behind the bar, always a great venue for the up & coming local bands. Pool Foose ball and an occasional trip to the porch! still to this day when I travel back to visit Rome Its my Go to spot to enjoy good folks and good music !

This restaurant has been in Rome for a long time. It was passed down from Michele's parents to her. She does a fantastic job of greeting customers and making sure they are served promptly. She tries new items for the menu and if people like it she will keep it for the menu. She has a variety of beer on tap and in bottles or cans. Ahe also has a variety of liquor for mixed drinks if you choose. She has sodas also. It is a nice place to eat and the staff really do a fantastic job.

Went with a group of friends. I was the only one who ordered a drink. Got served my drink. Then got asked for my ID. I gave the bartender my ID. A minute later she comes back to ask the whole group for their ID’s when 2 people ordered waters and 1 person didn’t even order anything at all. We immediately paid the tab and left. Not satisfied AT ALL.
