Most of the Area baby boomer cut our drinking teeth at the Post. I remember Larry behind the bar, always a great venue for the up & coming local bands. Pool Foose ball and an occasional trip to the porch! still to this day when I travel back to visit Rome Its my Go to spot to enjoy good folks and good music !
This restaurant has been in Rome for a long time. It was passed down from Michele's parents to her. She does a fantastic job of greeting customers and making sure they are served promptly. She tries new items for the menu and if people like it she will keep it for the menu. She has a variety of beer on tap and in bottles or cans. Ahe also has a variety of liquor for mixed drinks if you choose. She has sodas also. It is a nice place to eat and the staff really do a fantastic...
It had been years since I had visited the Snub but went yesterday 3/25/22 and had a great time!It was wing night and I ordered 10 wings that barely cost be anything, and we're fantastic!My double scotch's were on the generous side :)I was treated like I belonged thereThey had a band playing but also tons of local artists dropped by and would jam with everyone, alot of incredible talent right there in front of me.This is going to become my Thursday spot for sure!
