Staff is always friendly, but got my chai latte wrong. Did not order pumpkin but got it anyway :-(… not a fan of pumpkin anything. Also, the food is not worth the price. Tomato Mozzarella pesto sandwich was so sad..not sure if that is a Starbucks standard, or management issue, but don’t waste your money on it. Chocolate croissants, and passion tango tea were amazing though.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to this Starbucks location. While the baristas were generally efficient, the overall experience was marred by an interaction with the manager, Stephanie. When I politely inquired about a mistake on my order, Stephanie was dismissive and condescending, offering no real resolution. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially from a manager. The coffee itself was consistent with Starbucks' usual quality, but the negative interaction with Stephanie overshadowed the positive aspects. I hope management will address this issue to ensure a more welcoming environment for all customers.

I waited to rate until they had a chance to be open for awhile. I've also been hesitant to make a review because I have a unique spelling to my name. I go here a lot. I overall like this location, people are nice, area is clean, and they tend to be okay at customer service... but I don't know what goes on back there while reading tags because too often when I order extra or substitutes or iced vs. hot I have to return to sender. Please start reading the tags and reflecting that on the orders more consistently.

This is the only Starbucks in the 315 I will patronize anymore. I have never had a long wait. My mobile order is always ready when I get there. I have never had any issues with an incorrect order. I go in pretty early in the morning and all the staff are so cheerful and welcoming while I'm still foggy from sleep.

My sister and I rarely get to see eachother, and when we do, we like to visit over hot beverages at Starbucks. On our last visit, we had the pleasure of receiving the most excellent customer service from Lareigh. The Rome crew is always exceptional, but Lareigh went above and beyond. A+++ experience.

Love this Rome crew. They really are great. It’s an inviting atmosphere. My order is always on point. Rae is amazing! I know she’s new to the crew— she’s doing great things. I’ve seen a lot of positive change.

I have one complaint for corporate. Get these kids jackets. We live in upstate NY. Opening and closing the takeout window is treacherous.

I got a hot chocolate at drive through. It was neither hot nor chocolatey! Luke warm with hardly any chocolate in it. Wow, I would think at a star bucks they could get that right.

We recieved a wrong order through the drive thru today around 2:15 p.m. and drove away before realizing it was our order. Upon returning it, we pulled up, my daughter walked in to take it back and the girls inside said "oh good, we were looking for that" and asked if she had drank out of it! She replied no and they said "oh good" and placed it on the mobile pick up counter for the actual intended recipient.
If you ordered a tall iced apple oatmilk today at that time, just know your drink was not compromised but I'm pretty sure that's a health violation and I hope corporate handles it immediately!
