This subway in Walmart rome ny , is filthy. They have old signs up they don't honor. The person making the food was so worried about his phone. He toasted a sub we didn't want to toasted. Charged us $17.00 . He was also too concerned about what his co worker wa doing. Please have them actually clean the tables and wipe them down so we don't have to cover the table with napkins to actually eat the burnt sub after toasting.

This subway is the absolute worst. I haven’t met a single person here who knows what a turkey club is. They ALWAYS put the bacon on it raw, you have to ask them to cook it. Last time I was here they didn’t even have tomatoes prepped, I said I’d wait, and was ignored. $8 for a 6 inch sub mind you. They need to shut this place down or train their staff to care.

Super disappointed I just worked a very long day. I wanted to go get a little bit of groceries and I wanted to stop over at Subway. I thought to myself oh, I’ll just go down the road and when I was at checkout, I saw that they had a subway so I decided to order myself my classic sub. I typically get rotisserie chicken that is shredded and on my sub, there was only lettuce spinach tomato, onion, banana peppers, and cucumber. I’m disappointed SUBWAY®.

I placed an order online and had it delivered. When I received my order I had items missing. I tried calling the store for 6hrs and not one person would answer the phone. I was screwed out of items and now I'm screwed out of money

Horrible.. no swiss... My 'hot' sub sat on the counter open until the rest of my party ordered and their sub was made...it sucked eating a luke warm meatball marinara and sippin' on my carbon-less soda... Don't come here they don't care about your food just your money.

I was starving wanting something quick to eat before starting my back to school shopping for my daughter fruit flies everywhere and I mean everywhere to the point flying around you and when I went to get my soda their was a fruit fly in my drink as I was guessing it was from the soda fountain so I asked for a bottle drink instead! The guy didn’t even seem bothered by the situation. Please don’t eat or drink here this is gross needs to be cleaned or don’t be surprised when you’re sick from this place!
