I attempted to use the drive-through and the manger Bobbie was very rude refused to let me order any of my food . Also told all the employees to not take my order me and her never have and won’t get along I think this needs to be addressed or worse fire HER!!!!

The food is always amazing but today is the 8th time they would repeatedly delay deliveries until they can cancel them but they will always say they are preparing my food so i cant cancel it after they delay it the first 2 hours. Also the parkinglot is terrible and unless you are in a truck avoid the store as they refuse to fix the parkinglot and i can hear my truck nearly bottom out when i hit one of the 30 potholes

Awesome staff. Food is always great. Very friendly people and clean. I've never seen this place dirty. Wait times aren't usually a huge thing to worry about. If an order is messed up they ALWAYS take accountability and make it right. Best taco bell in this part of the country. Management and team work keeps the restaurant thriving.

New Hartford Taco Bell the staff is rude , had no idea what they’re doing . Shorted us food then laughed when we went in to tell them . They had a burrito burning on the grill smoking they thought it was hilarious.

Food was literally unwrapped. All food items were placed on a wrapper and folded one time. Like folding a piece of paper in half and put in the bag. So picture Taco Bell falling out of the wrappers folded in half and all ending up in the bottom of a bag. Thanks . Almost hard to not believe this was deliberate. Total waste of the food and totally inedible as a result
