IT can be noisy. Not the noise level of these obnoxious chain restaurants. The food, and service was great, as I took a very tall gal, to Teddy's on a date. We had a great time, and were seated promptly. The service staff, did not rush us nor were the meals delivered, right after the appetizers as many chain restaurants do to service as many customers as possible.
We also chose Teddy's Restaurant, as we live close by, and had no need to drive there. The other option was a restaurant on North James street. Prices are about the same.
I had the broiled Haddock. Delicious. She had the Big Daddy Chicken sandwich. Italian nachos, was our appetizer. We shared a slice of carrot cake. Delicious.
I just wonder if Teddy's, would serve more people, if it located onto Chestnut street near Griffiss business park. Everything, as gar as jobs, the Copper City is receiving, ends-up on Griffiss.

Food wasn't bad, to say the service was slow would be an understatement, facility was nice enough.
I had the Haddock Sandwich and it was a huge piece of fish, and I liked the bread it was on, but it was nearly impossible to keep it all together to eat. I thought the breading was lacking. Either it wasn't fried enough or something was off, it was sorta white vs golden. But I do like Haddock on a sandwich and this was similar to most I've eaten.
The prices were a bit high, and they clearly stated a higher price for credit on each item. I am not a fan of this, and I see it in more and more places in the upper north part of the country.
They also do not offer a military discount, which disappoints since so far most of the eateries have around here, even a small local place did.

Ordered take out well ahead for pickup. Order wasn’t ready and we waited for a half hour before asking status. No apologies or status ever given and the person was put off by our asking. Food was fine but nothing special. Vegetables under seasoned and portions were small.

Did not know what to expect. We were in town visiting friends. Not your typical strip mall food eatery. Lots of house from scratch items. Highlights: House made onion rings, house dipped bear Battered fish. I enjoyed the steak sandwich on garlic bun. The bread that came with my wife's fish meal was fantastic. Very heavy, lots of flavor and obvious that it was from scratch.
The teddy bear thing is not my cup of tea, but it was very clean. The atmosphere is unique and our server was attentive.
I would recommend this again.

Ordered take out and got the riggies. These are not the same riggies as years ago. They were salty and bland. The portion was huge, though. We got 2 orders of riggies and it was 48 dollars and some change.

The greens came out cold had and to send back to get reheated . We ordered the chicken riggies and they were so salty and couldn’t eat them . We were there about 5pm during the week and only a few people in there . In the past , people were lined up outside. The waitress was great but we felt bad for her . The last time we were there was a few years ago and we won’t go back

There was a time when Teddys was great food for great prices. These days its not my first pick for dining in the area. They now charge extra for a salad with dinner when it used to be included, and many dishes seem smaller portions. Its still good, just not great. The staff remain top notch though. 0 complaints there.

Food was mid, the vegetables are microwaved from frozen. Rice was overcooked. Only thing worth it here are the onion rings.

Didn't make it through apps and found hair in two different dishes. Asked to cancel our meals we were leaving. The manager actually came out to tell us the hair was blonde and they didn't have any blondes working in the kitchen! Are you serious? We faked this to get what, a couple free apps? We have young kids and are now going to McDonald's to feed them because they are crying they are hungry!
