The service is always so slow. I understand they may be short staffed or busy sometimes but I can’t think of one time I went there for an order for pickup or drive through and didn’t have to wait at least 20 minutes.

Imagine going through the drivethru, waiting for like 20minutes, just to get home and realize that not a single thing from your order is right. Not a single thing. Probably because they were all hanging out and talking and not paying attention what so ever. And when my girlfriend called to say something about it, she was given attitude from whoever it was that picked up the phone. Absolutely insane.

Got order entirely wrong, despite it being correct on receipt, patty was folded in half and cooked like that. Root beer tasted like chemicals. I love Wendy's but this location sucks.

Coming in the dining room was slow and the floor were dirty as was the state of the restaurant we had about a five or so minute wait before we were helped the cashier was pleasant and probably the only professional person there.

We ordered 2 sandwich combos we were left waiting long enough for the folks ordering after us with a much larger order place it and receive it while we were still left waiting and when we finally got our order mine was missing the bacon (on the new mushroom bacon cheeseburger) and when I pulled off the bun to be sure there was a hair in my food. It looked to be a cat hair possible from someone's jacket

So all this to say terrible overall I come from food service, if my team allowed any of that we'd all have been fired on the spot

Pretty decent food, exactly what you'd expect from a Wendy's. One time when we ordered late at night they let us have someone else's order in addition to our own. Immaculate.

Stopped in tonight at 7pm. The person taking orders asked if we could wait a minute ok that's not bad 10 minutes went by and still nothing. Finally when we had our order taken we pulled up to window. I saw 6 people just standing around. The kid at drive thru asked us to pull ahead for fries, ok np. 10 minutes later the food is brought out my sandwich was a mess and dried out and my fries we're coud and was missing a fry. I work fast food it doesn't take 10 minutes for fries. Won't be going here again.
