The customer service here needs improvement. We purchased a glass of wine and it tasted flat and sour. When we asked if we could return it for another different wine we were given an attitude and told they don’t normally do that. But it wasn’t our fault the wine was flat. Any other winery would have been glad to exchange it and realize that sometimes a bottle of wine is bad. Customer service is important if you want good reviews.

I always enjoy stopping here. The deck and grounds are beautiful. If you like sweet wines you’ll like this place. The diamond and Spumante were great! There was a yummy cider too. The server was kind and helpful!

Really nice place over looking Cayuga Lake. Staff friendly and helpful. They also have a brewery, but it wasn't the day we were there. We plan to go back the next nice day.

There is a reason this winery is not listed. The service was okay. There is no description of the wines and when asked about the wine they gave us the run around. The wine was HORRIBLE. Not worth your time or money. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

Cute winery with a boat dock & full utv service!! The wines were also very good & reasonably priced! The staff was also very nice. They have a brewery right next door as well!! It was a great spot to hang out! We ended up hanging out for a couple hours!
