We had visited Knapp Winery many times over the years but never ate at their restaurant…..WOW. The food was amazing AND we didn’t have to drive into Ithaca. My wife had duck which was incredible, I had the scallops over ancient grains and it was delicious. This place is a hidden gem and I would highly recommend it.

We found Field & Vine on a recommendation and not only was the food amazing but our sever , Tamika, absolutely made our trip. Tamika went above and beyond multiple times to make sure we had a fantastic meal and overall excellent dining experience (and we did)! We will return on our next visit to the Finger Lakes , highly recommend! Thank you Tamika!!

A group of 10 college friends had dinner at this restaurant. Most, if not all, of us had never been there before, so had little idea what to expect. It was a delightful time from the expert and friendly waitstaff to the limoncello surprise to cap the experience. The food was superb from the start with freshly baked bread with balsamic/olive oil bread dip, mushroom Merlot, and other delicious soups and the list goes on. Everyone loved their entrées and that’s a tall order with a large group. So much so, we made a reservation for the following night. They use farm-inspired and locally sourced delicious dishes that compliment their Knapp wines. It truly enhanced our fun Finger Lakes mini reunion.

The service was excellent and the atmosphere was quite enjoyable. I liked the mosaic art the last season but if you are into pop culture you will love the local artist being showcased this season! The Mac and Cheese was my favorite! And OMG the bread pudding really topped us off, we should have shared! We will be back.

My husband and I picked this place for our 14 year anniversary dinner. We got complimentary bread and oil. The bread is very different from the traditional bread you receive..it wasn't good but it wasn't bad, but I appreciate that it was homemade. I got the mushroom soup, the flavor was there but the consistency was more of a puree, not soup. We both got the chicken meal for an entree. The chicken breast was extremely tough. I ate one bite and had to chew it for about 2 minutes. The mashed potatoes were decent. I got a side of asparagus that was the best part of the meal. My husband got their Mac n cheese-the bacon jam on top tasted like earwax. We are both 'clean the plate' kind of people, my husband only ate about half of his and I only ate about 20% of mine. Overall, subpar food for the price. We saw a gentleman at another table near us have the same plate and barely touched it, we heard the lady he was with say he could eat a 16oz ribeye with no problem and couldn't believe he didn't eat his meal. We are by far from picky eaters, I never leave a bad food review, but this was really a disappointing meal.

This was my 2nd time at the Field & Vine, my first for dinner. Our meals were delicious! And the service was wonderful. Can’t wait to return with some visitors from MA in a couple of weeks.

We had a wonderful dinner at Field and Vine. We sat outside in a beautiful setting! Our server Tanika, was fabulous. She made great recommendations for food as well as wineries to visit. Drinks were also amazing! Overall, we would definitely return!

We had dinner here on the high recommendation from a staff member from a local winery. The best part of our evening was our server, Tameika. She was pleasant, attentive, and overall just lovely. We started with a cup of mushroom merlot and tomato bisque soup. The tomato bisque was too thick for our liking. It was the consistency of a tomato sauce. The mushroom soup was tasty. For dinner we had the seared duck and cornbread scallops. I hesitated to order the scallops because I don't think they should ever be breaded but figured I'd give it a try. The scallops had no flavor and as I thought the breading was not a great addition. It was served with a rice pilaf which was pretty bland as well. The duck was cooked nicely but unfortunately had very little flavor. We ended with a house made cheesecake with mixed berries and it was very good. The outdoor seating was nice with views of the vineyard. The chairs however are not comfortable and should really be replaced. So unfortunately our one night dining at what we thought was going to be a good meal was disappointing.

Service was incredible- above and beyond! It was nice that the chef and GM came out to check how we were doing. The atmosphere is breathtaking - the vineyard and the grapes growing over the patio were so picturesque. Even the artwork and the music playing were got us talking. Our waitress brought out limoncello after the meal which was the perfect touch at the end of the meal. Could not recommend more highly!
