Firstly, the drive thru is wayyyyyy to slow, and the wait is too long especially when I am picking up a mobile order. What I don’t understand is that there are so many people working inside for the service to be so slow. Secondly, I always have to ask for condiments and napkins. Napkins should automatically be added to the bag, I shouldn’t have to ask for it. Lastly, the hash browns are always cold. This is the closest drive thru Dunkin but the service could definitely be better. I am not a pleased customer at all.

Says it opens at 5am but when you get there at 5:30am, the lights are off, there are 2 people inside walking around... You Go to the drive thru menu and they take your order. It's a bit confusing, wouldn't you want the lights on when the establishment is supposed to be open at 5am? The ladies are nice and I've had no issues. Just a bit odd.
