There's a great team here. It's evident in the level of customer service, these young men and women are actually satisfied with knowing that they got your order correct. That's what I'm impressed with, they have an awesome leader/manager.

I paid for my food at the kiosk but it took my money and didn’t complete the order confronted the manager and she argued with me saying it don’t charge my card when it clearly took the money out of my account and then scolded me for using more then 1 card to pay for the order; awful customer service very disappointed never coming back to this McDonald’s again

The managers don’t respect kids. The chicken nuggets are bad. The fries are dry. The service is bad the managers like to yell at people and disrespect people. I do not think this is a good place to eat at because this McDonald’s in Roosevelt is the worst McDonald’s in the state.

Today I had a terrible experience. Here's what happened: I ordered food through the app and selected curbside pickup. After a long wait, I decided to go to the counter to see what was going on. When I got there, they told me I hadn't paid, even though I had already paid with my card. They wanted me to pay again. After they realized it was their mistake, they gave me my order. Since I was in a hurry because I had waited, I didn't take the time to check. When I got home, I realized my order wasn't complete; several items were missing. I called the restaurant, but they didn't answer. What should have been a nice meal for my family and me turned into a terrible experience, awful service, and paying for something I didn't receive.

Worst ever ,the manager is so backwards that they took my money off my card shows on my statement on my mobile yet saying its not showing that its been paid for ,stay away worst ever
The service in this place is very poor, and there is no toilet. I don't know how it passed the health bureau's inspection.

placed a mobile order at 3:50 AM and they chose to never make it so they can excuse themselves of “its breakfast only” i never got my money back by the way.
