Waited 25 minutes for my order that I’ve placed online throughout the MCdonald app because they don’t take orders after 11:59pm so they’ll just tell you that they only accept orders online. So I decided to place my order through the app which it was a Fish filet and a Medium Ice Coffee and ended up waiting 25 minutes infront of their window while this lady was on her phone call. I think she also went out for fishing to make my fish filet

Today, September 10, 2024, I had the worst experience with the lady who is on duty taking the order at the window, around 4:30 in the afternoon, we were placing an order for the children and because we asked for something and they didn't have it, we asked her another and she spoke very rudely to us and told me, "don't yell at me because you're messing with the wrong person" when we were speaking rudely to her. In my opinion, because she has a position there, she believes that she can treat the client however she wants. How sad, because I have been visiting this store for more than 15 years and it is the first time that this lady serves me and treats me badly, for me I think it is racist because we are Hispanic and we do not have good English.

Ordering through the app for this Mcdonalds location is horrible. I recieved missing items and the person who awnsered had a attitude.
