It seems as if they cook their food at a different location or cook their food early in the day. I ordered jerk chicken, rice and peas, plantain and steamed cabbage. The chicken and the plantain were VERY DARK, like they may have been in some kind of warming station. The reason I say that is because I had no sense of aroma when I walked in there (Nothing).
