Food was amazing but the lady named Maria has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. She ignored Other employees who were telling her food was ready for tables then she was on her phone constantly being loud. I never once came over to check on my table. She also made a comment that a table only left her a dollar tip and that she was unhappy

We had an awesome lunch at The Spotted Cow. We were 7 people and the service was beyond excellent - Maria was accommodating to all my kids requests (including cups of nugget ice 🤷🏻♀️) and was amazing. The food was fresh and delicious!! We will definitely be making this one of our favorite breakfast / lunch spots!

I was in the restaurant last week with my family and have never witnessed such a site a woman with glasses who wore a hat was basically pacing around the restaurant treating other employees like garbage. This is not the first time I have visited this establishment and witnessed this kind of behavior from her. There was a younger woman behind the counter preparing food who is an absolute joy every time we visit the restaurant. She is always so polite. But the first employee or owner not sure what her title is has no right working a such a wonderful place. The food is always good. If she is not the owner my suggestion would be to let her go as she is just stealing the companies time and is extremely rude to customers and other employees. Makes me think twice about returning.

The Spotted Cow Café in Roscoe is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel right at home — incredibly welcoming and helpful, even with our large party. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
The food? Simply outstanding. It honestly beats any diner within 100 miles of the area. If you’ve been to the Roscoe Diner, I highly recommend skipping it this time and coming here instead — you’ll be glad you did.
The blueberry pancakes are to die for: fluffy, fresh, and loaded with blueberries. Pair that with one of their specialty coffees (they have a huge variety) and you’ve got the perfect meal.
This spot is cozy, charming, and truly delivers on both food and service. If you’re in Roscoe or just passing through, make sure to stop at the Spotted Cow Café — it’s a must-visit!
For a party of five it ended up being $20 a person

Andreana was the best! The cashier here takes the orders effortless. We were by here on our way home to Queens from a trip upstate over the weekend, what a FIND!! This little Gem was perfect ! And the service was the top notch!!!!
my friends and i stopped here for some quick bites, it’s such a cute place and the food was delish, but oh my god the older lady with glasses and brown hair that served us was so so rude. i was waiting at the register and she came up from behind me and said “excuse me” *while* bumping into my arm 😭 i ordered and paid and she placed my card on the counter instead of handing it back. the spinach pie i ordered was great but would have been so much better if she had asked if i wanted it warmed up, but i was hungry and didn’t want to go back to talk to her again.
