We walked right in on a Monday night. The food and drinks were awesome! The chicken sandwich was huge and very flavorful. The whipped feta - yum! They have a great list of creative cocktails, but we stuck to old fashions! They were delicious. Service was outstanding and fast.

I highly recommend the chicken sandwich dipped in hot honey. The pimento cheese with fried saltines was packed full of nostalgia of the cracker and cheese snacks from our childhood.

Mouthwatering menu, everything was absolutely delicious! Started with the pimento cheese with deep fried saltines - Incredible!!! The whipped feta was through the roof. The cocktails are an absolute work of art. Tasty and refreshing with fresh ingredients. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into this wonderful establishment. A cozy little gem in the Catskills.

My partner and i were in Roscoe, and found The Junction on Yelp. I'm so glad that we happened upon it and gave it a try! The dining area is not huge, but they make great usage of the space. We were in on a Monday and the bar area was full of happy patrons while the dining room stayed steady. We each had a drink and enjoyed them. I had the Boot Scootin' Boogie while my partner preferred the Acid Factory. Our food came out relatively quickly. He had the blue plate special - a Caesar wrap with their housemade fried chicken and waffle fries. I opted for the veggie burger with cheese. The burger fell apart a little but it tasted amazing - easily my favorite local veggie burger. The fries were crisp and the perfect amount of salty. The menu may feel a little smaller, but the food is all amazing. We capped off our evening with the bread pudding, which was an excellent choice. Dense and chewy without being overwhelming sweet, I would happily eat this every Monday night. The service was also excellent. Our server was helpful, friendly, but without being intrusive. It sounded Iike a local table came in often and had good rapport with the staff.

The town of Roscoe sits at the junction of the Beaverkill and Willowemoc rivers, and the restaurant takes its name from a popular fly fishing spot. But the name is apt because The Junction is a true junction— an intersection— where on any given evening, you’re likely to bump into local fishermen unwinding trading stories about the trout they caught that day, Brooklyn weekenders who are discussing how they’re very seriously considering buying a place up here, and everything in between. Even the decor is at a junction of aesthetics, sitting somewhere between neon beer signs and intentionally elevated curation. The food is very expertly positioned to marry casual comfort with inspiring seasonal stream-to-table. For appetizers, the whipped feta is where it’s at. While any fish dish is going to be locally caught, fresh, and perfectly prepared, the grain bowl also never disappoints. Drinks are also top notch.

The Junction in Roscoe is a must visit bar & restaurant that will keep you coming back with their delicious food and creative tasty cocktails. With NYC just a short 2 hour drive away we came up for the weekend and were lucky enough to get the chance to visit this brand new family run hot spot.Owners Aaron and Misty with chef Evan made us feel especially welcome, and catered to all our groups needs throughout the night. The bar has a nice chilled vibe and a really great atmosphere with high quality furnishings. The food menu caters for everyone's needs with a special call out to the Trout dip starter and the really tasty chicken sandwich.Be sure to sample as many of the cocktails as you have time for since each one of the 6 available are delicious and with Aaron mixing behind the bar you won't be waiting long for your order.Stop by the hottest place in town and be ready to have a brill time and enjoy great company.

What a cool spot! Service awesome- location \\u0026 ambiance great. Limited menu (by design, I'm sure), and everything is perfect. Mussels amazing (get lots of extra bread to dip!), trout dip interesting, burger killer (black pepper flavor and really good). Took good care of us and our kiddies. Gets crowded- show up early

Cocktail was killer good. Best I’ve ever had. Menu a bit limited but really enjoyed the shishito peppers, feta spread and grain bowl. Only disappointment-Veggie burger was bland with no spread.
