Waited forever at the window of the drive through only to get a bagel for my child that had 2 pieces of plastic in it. Tried to call back to make someone aware and the phone line is a hot mess couldn't get through it only sounded like crappy dial up. Only good thing I can say is the worker at the drive through was nice but everything else considered won't be stopping again .

can’t get orders right to save their lives. Literally defeats the entire purpose of mobile ordering to be able to have the convenience to just pick it up If people are mobile ordering that should be taking away from the time of having to handle the transaction. I’m doing the transaction for you, the LEAST you can do is get the order right. And this is not about one mobile order, multiple at least 70% of the time there is some kind of issue with my mobile orders. Maybe you guys need to start checking boxes or initialing next to the items or something.

got two medium lattes and they were so strong i almost had an anxiety attack from mine. i got more oatmilk for one of them and they were still so strong. the cashier was shaking giving them to me. i think they added at least twice the amount of espresso

The sandwich had hard edges as if it were microwaved too long. Also, it was 11 am and the cashier could not break a $50. I had to sour my car for different bills. Need I say more?
I usually order their bacon egg and cheese on a croissant, and their plain bagel minis. I have tried several different Dunkins in the area, and the one near Via Port had the best one by far!!! Not too dry, not too...mushy??? The egg was just right!!! Well done Dunkin!!! (Of course it could be the time of day too...which was just before noon. Anyway, I will be going back there again soon.)

I have been coming to this location for over a year and this place is not reliable for quality. Ordered hot drinks to be served the iced drink, bagels come with little to no cream cheese, ice drinks taste like water, specialty wraps are still cold, it’s always 50/50 if your order is going to be correct. Drive thru traffic is normally low when visiting. I’m usually left with disappointment on my drive to work after visiting this location.
