Lazy, useless people working here closes 15 minutes early because of a 3-5” snow storm and extremely rude.

Worst dunkin ive ever been to😂 Walk in, only person, order 2 things was very clear and respectful, I get served the wrong drink and hear them talking about how to make the drink and what it is. After like 20 minutes I get a matcha green tea with coffee in it for some reason?? And 70% ice, I couldn’t even drink it, it tasted disgusting. Have been here a few times and dealt with similar issues but at this point it’s not just a one off, train your staff better

The girl at the register was very disrespectful and gave me a cold coffee when i ordered extra hot i got 2 egg cheese mcmuffins she only gave me one and it was very hard and cold

Did a mobile order 5 mins down the road when i arrived I was the only person. Food still took a decent amount and was made wrong. Even though I did it on the app.

When I arrived at six thirty p m, there was no donuts at all out all of the drinks were on the counter in little pictures where bugs and other debris could get into when asking. If there were any donuts left, the person that works, that was very rude. I would not recommend going to this Dunkin' Donuts.

The staff was not friendly; they didn't acknowledge me for a few minutes, and one rep came over the counter with a straight face and no greeting and took my order. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with a large shaking expresso. I asked him for some ice. He said it was $1 for ice, and I already had a cup; I just needed Ice. It's a really terrible place to stop by, and the customer service is very poor. They need better training or hire people who want to work. They're never going to get my money again, and I hope anyone reading this does the same.

Every time I ordered a large latte, my cup is only 3/4 actual liquid and the rest foam. Its more of a cappuccino.

I asked to customize my meal by simply removing an item from my sandwich, but the staff refused and were completely rude about it. I think they need to be taught to be polite, especially since this is a service business and it was first thing in the morning.

What used to be in this company's name but they have none to sell that anyone wants? Doughnuts that's what. Store doesn't close for 3 hours but they only have the specialty doughnuts no one wants for sell. Do not waste your time coming to this location if you want any regular menu doughnut. You can still order them though the app for this location but you will be asking for a refund when you show up and they do not have what you ordered.

Severely understaffed, both employees looked like they were drowning. Went through the drive through and waited about 30+ minutes. They had a huge lobby line, something doesn’t seem right.
