I would recommend IF they did not use random 3rd rate shippers instead of well respected UPS or FedEx. Just received my order an hour and a half after dark and it was just left on the driveway instead of at the door like ALL other companies. I will just stick with Bones Coffee exclusively going forward as they understand a customers needs regarding shipping. Made my thoughts know directly to them previously but fell on deaf ears.

Honestly, worst customer service. They’re automating everything and it’s impossible to get in touch with them when something is wrong. I’ve been trying to weeks—phone is AI and disconnects, no one responds on social media, no one gets back to me via email.
Don’t sign up for the subscriptions if you didn’t sample the coffee. It’s good but not worth $30 a month for me.

I recommend the dark coffee and the mugs/tankards as they both are so awesome and even though some peeps have complained about the cost of the mugs/tankards...they are made very well and very well worth the cost and I promise you will be happy with them and the coffee you fill the mugs/tankards...you need to give them all a try and the Customer Service is Fantastic..Enjoy!!!!

I am writing about the very first franchise to open inside Buffalo Bills Casino in Primm Nevada . My wife and I have never been passed Las Vegas so we knew absolutely nothing about anything here. We walked around the hotel and were directed to Death Wish Coffee. Let me start by saying the Karen we were helped by early this morning was great ! She wasn’t too much that early in the morning for a barista ( if you know what I mean , lol ) anyways she knew so much stuff about the history of this company and was so proud of what the company she works for had done for her community. Now,, on to the good stuff . . . The coffee was the best cup I’ve had out traveling in a long time. It was like having a good cup of flavorful coffee from home while on vocation. We got a large to share and it was roughly 8 dollars and was well worth every penny! We drank about half and threw the rest out because I quote my wife said “ it’s doing what it needs to do so I don’t need anymore “ I was shocked. My wife is a two 24 oz coffee cup drinker before I can get her motivated to shower so hearing this made me happy. We are set for a long drive today and with this coffee we’re good to go ! Big thank you to karen for amazing service ! Definitely going to the website to buy beans for the whole family for Christmas !

What separates a mediocre business from a great business is the way they treat their customers.A mistake was made with my order, and the customer service people were extremely kind and went well above and beyond to make things right with my order. I had an item refunded and a new order sent with extra fast shipping. I was told to please keep in touch in case things weren't to my satisfaction.I can't remember the last time that I was treated so well and so respectfully by customer service anywhere!Death Wish Coffee does not only have fantastic coffee, but a great team of customer people! Love, love, love!
