I see a lot of negative reviews here but I just had an awesome experience. Shout out to the lady manager. I ordered a Whopper Jr., fries and nuggets. She told me that they only had one bun left for a regular whopper so she said she’ll make me a Whopper instead of a Whopper Jr.
She then said they had two patties left so might as well use them and she ended up giving me a double whopper for the price of a Jr. Thank you! I just drove a total of 8 hours to/from Cooperstown...

I'm a fan of Whopper so I always get it when it comes to Burger King. This location is inside Ulster Service Area. It wasn't busy day, so I got my order fast and everything was correct. Staff was ok and plenty of space to sit.
