How do you go to a Starbucks, ask for a dark roast coffee and get the answer we don’t have that? How can a coffee shop not have dark coffee? All I can say is this has to be a very poorly run location. Orders take forever to get and they don’t have coffee. Do yourself a favor pass this one by and wait for a real Starbucks.

A++ customer service! Kayleigh remade my beverage from the previous rest stop Starbucks that had been made with real dairy. She was so apologetic even though she had nothing to do with the mistake and the new beverage was one of the best I’ve ever had!

This is BY FAR the WORST Starbucks I have ever been to. The drinks have a weird aftertaste, and if you ask them to remake it you get an even worse attitude than when you originally order, which is pretty bad. I have been here a couple of times in the last few months and it’s the same each time. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but clearly they are just awful.

We waited 40 min to get our drinks. Everyone after us were served except up. I reminded the personal 4 times and only after I started showing my unhappiness they made our drinks. Unbelievably unpleasant personal. I will never stop there to get my drinks.

I arrived super early this morning just after they opened and they were having a problem with their espresso machine. After waiting quite some time I decided it would be best to refund my order and just move on with my day. At that exact moment, the espresso machine started working again, and the manager on duty decided it was still prudent to offer me a full refund and give me my order. They didn’t have to do this, but I really appreciate that they did.
