A++ customer service! Kayleigh remade my beverage from the previous rest stop Starbucks that had been made with real dairy. She was so apologetic even though she had nothing to do with the mistake and the new beverage was one of the best I’ve ever had!
I arrived super early this morning just after they opened and they were having a problem with their espresso machine. After waiting quite some time I decided it would be best to refund my order and just move on with my day. At that exact moment, the espresso machine started working again, and the manager on duty decided it was still prudent to offer me a full refund and give me my order. They didn’t have to do this, but I really appreciate that they did.
The staff was helpful. The one thing that I would like to see at some point are more sugar-free options in the food that is offered. As people become more conscious of the problems associated with sugar intake it would be a good idea to provide other choices other than the current selection.
