Love going to the public market to support our local businesses but our cherry pie that was guaranteed to be fresh and delicious today turned out to be old and mold underneath. Ruined our bills game dessert. Shame on you Colby’s. Threw away the pie

Decent bakery for sweets tooth. I had their pies 3 times, overall they were good. The banana cream pie had the strong banana food flavor in it which I didn’t enjoy much, other pies were good. They have many flavors and their price is reasonable. Their store is not big or fancy type. They sell ice cream but the price is a bit high so I didn’t get it. Staffs are friendly. They sell BBQ during summer and have outdoor seats. I will try that next season.

I recently got married on 10/4/2025 and Colby’s made our wedding cake and cupcakes. They were delicious and looked amazing. I highly recommend Colby’s!

I’m giving 4 stars because the goods aren’t baked DAILY although pretty good. I think a bakery should bake daily versus baking goods weekly. There is nothing like fresh baked breads and pastries!
This bakery is very nice and the employees are very friendly and professional. They also serve Perry’s ice cream (if I’m correct) which we do not have in the south. They make shakes, sale precooked meals, and serve hots etc during warm months.
I purchased 1/2 dozen apple cider donuts and they were very good. As stated earlier, I wish they were baked fresh daily as they would have melted in my mouth. 😃
This would definitely be a great place to visit during the summer months to enjoy the outdoor seating. I highly recommend visiting this bakery.

They need to do something about the products they've been putting out lately the quality have been lacking. Everything taste old or cheaply made.

Tbh if you want a pie, cookie, cake, donuts, ice cream, and so on just go to Walmart or Wegmans maybe even a gas station. Save yourself money and avoid the disappointment.

Tried a pie you made for the grape festival. The texture was not something I was expecting. Felt a like a sponge in my mouth did not have very much liquid. It seems to have an excessive amount of corn starch. It also sabotaged the the flavor of the grape l.. could taste the lemon though. Crust was crumbly and good... Maybe a little overdone. Willing to travel to store and try again perhaps better straight from bakery ... Thank you!!

Terrible tasting bakery items. Cherry pie not even half baked, made with starchy filling and canned cherries. Have had better frozen supermarket pies. Also bought chocolate cream cannoli that tasted like several days old and with mushy crust…. And in reply to owner’s response about two weeks later to this review, must add that pie and cannoli were eaten within an hour of purchase and not left in my “hot” car. Kinda weird and defensive that business owner would make such an accusation. Seems other customers agree with my honest review of their cheaply made and poorly prepared bakery products. McDonald’s makes better pies.

Out of alot of pies, no chocolate ice cream

Homemade pies, bread, cookies and lots of good stuff. Has a sit down eating area inside, you can order sandwiches and ice cream. Delicious. Also pre-made refrigerated hot meals can be purchased to go!

Absolutely delicious every thing and the prices are more than fair we definitely will be back the banana walnut bread was sooo good I ate the whole loaf best banana bread ever
