In all honesty, nothing special about the hand rolled bagels. In fact, very doughy. The prices are too high for mediocre food. Not to mention the little lady in the shop had too much attitude. Service sucked. I’ll try Lenny’s next time like another review suggested.

Went in looking for lunch. Had probably 3 to 4 people on line. Fridge was busted so couldn't get anything cold to drink. Was instructed to ask for a cup of ice. The customer service I received was from someone who i didn't realize worked there. Not to mention how rude she was. Would not recommend.

Really don't get the fascination with this place. Lines out the door. Parking, very few. Nothing special about the bagels. Certainly not for the cost, have had just as good in CT. When I was there, they messed up my order. Overall, not the worst, but I wouldn't go out of my way to visit again.

Unfortunately, today I experienced the worst customer service from a petite woman with a short, traditionally masculine haircut. She was extremely rude and difficult to communicate with. Save yourself the frustration and head over to Lenny’s Bagels instead — they offer a great variety of bagels and far better customer service.

This bagels were almost a hit, but ultimately a miss. Great size, texture, etc, but they didn’t have any bagel flavor. Tasted like bread not a bagel. Maybe missing malt syrup?
Its like neighbors hood bagle shop. Bagle is amazing it’s very chew and fresh. Bagel ? It's so delicious, I passed out. I could just eat it, but the bacon is overpriced ? ? ? It's over $9, but it's still a pity. You can taste a proper bagel. I guess the rent in Rai is expensive ?. The atmosphere of the store is comfortable, like an uncle or aunt’s store.

Came in to order 4 French toast bagel got home looked at my sandwiches being prepped incorrectly with my toppings on the wrong sandwich. When I was explaining to the Asian lady what the problem was she was very frustrated explaining to me that everything was correct In pricing even after looking at the menu does not reflect what they charge. I don’t mind paying and my family and I go to this place all the time, Asian guy came to explain to me and issue refund for the sandwich they messed up and the Asian lady looked at me like I was trying to get my money back like they didn’t make a mistake. Definitely upset about her reaction and the dirty look she game me with her face mask on. Guess we can find bagels and great customer service elsewhere. Take care of your customer instead of arguing.

I visited last year and went there a few times with my son. The bagels were so delicious and the owner and staff were so friendly. This is the best restaurant with a variety of bagels and toppings, so you won't get tired of going there every day.
