Went in looking for lunch. Had probably 3 to 4 people on line. Fridge was busted so couldn't get anything cold to drink. Was instructed to ask for a cup of ice. The customer service I received was from someone who i didn't realize worked there. Not to mention how rude she was. Would not recommend.
Really don't get the fascination with this place. Lines out the door. Parking, very few. Nothing special about the bagels. Certainly not for the cost, have had just as good in CT. When I was there, they messed up my order. Overall, not the worst, but I wouldn't go out of my way to visit again.
Its like neighbors hood bagle shop. Bagle is amazing it’s very chew and fresh. Bagel ? It's so delicious, I passed out. I could just eat it, but the bacon is overpriced ? ? ? It's over $9, but it's still a pity. You can taste a proper bagel. I guess the rent in Rai is expensive ?. The atmosphere of the store is comfortable, like an uncle or aunt’s store.
