Waited for sandwich for about 20 minutes but more concerning was that person making the sandwiches was the cashier as well. He had one glove on his left hand which I saw him use to tend coins and money (and no glove on the right). I never saw him swapping out the glove....who knows about the right hand...hello health department?
Update to owner's reply: it was 3 sandwiches. If you are really that concerned, then perhaps have 2 people working: 1 to prepare the food and 1 to tend to the register. If that is not feasible financially, then I don't know what to say. I waited AT LEAST 20 minutes as customers constantly came in and out while the 1 guy was trying to do everything.

Their food is fresh prices are reasonable and the wait time is short. Of all the delis in Rye this is the only one I go to, and I only live three minutes from Jerrys Deli. This place is clean. They are open until 10 PM. And they also have the best price in rye for cigarettes.

The worse food the chicken soup was nothing but chicken skin and the wrap wasn’t edible I little gagged and it’s just gross overall I won’t eat here they are using the lowest grade food in a rich town get out of here just unfair please close down
