Cute spot. I'm a diner person and this checks lots of boxes. I'd say portion for dollar rate is weak. Lots of positives though.

Wonderful place kind of hidden away. A real local treasure with many interesting food options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner . They also have nice tables outside.

Parking: Free parking in front of the restaurant. A very nice local place with a cool bar.

There was a kerosene smell in this place. Food was kind of ok, for payment they only take CASH or VENMO. NO credit cards accepted. Restroom needs to be cleaned.

Very bad and rude service! 15 minutes to get someone to ask us what we want, we got our food 45min after we sat down :/I would never go back or recommend it to anyone!

Best pancakes in Westchester and maybe in all of New York! A family run business with very friendly staff. Everything here is so good and fresh. Especially they have very fresh pastries, which are made there every day. Also they have great eggs and omelettes. Everything here is so good and the food comes out pretty quick.

Love this place! The service can be a bit slow, but in a nice, friendly way. Food is always great. They take cash and zelle.

Kid-friendliness: Paper on the tables and a staff who love kids!

Fantastic breakfast! Excellent customer service, very personable. It’s obvious the proprietors like people. They love to chat and it really makes for a pleasant experience. Would absolutely come here again if we’re ever passing through in the future.

The food was good but it was too expensive for how small the portions were. Service wasn't great. The pastries were good.

On the way cafe was very good. It's a very popular place so we had to wait quite a while. The atmosphere was cozy and the waitstaff were friendly. The food itself was very high quality, but the portions were not substantial. Overall very good time, but do yourself and get a pastry alongside your meal,

Cute place! Cozy, maybe a little loud because it was busy at lunch time. Still, they had a great burger and fries cooked to order, and the veggie wrap in a homemade pita hit the spot. Everyone working was a treat to interact with and was very attentive. Bring cash no cards

Highway robbery for barely decent food. It’s always a disappointment to get food from a cafe and you realize you could have made it so much better if you did it yourself at home. I had higher expectations, was extremely disappointed. I don’t mind paying high price for food but it needs to be worth it. The food is not worth it at all. I could have gotten better in the Bronx. For a cafe in Rye I thought the quality of food would of been better. I asked for scrambled eggs and it looks like I got one egg. The home fries taste like turkey stuffing very dry and overly mashed. If you are looking for a cafe to enjoy quality high price food this is not the place. You guys really need to do better.

We accidentally found this place and it was hands down the best food we had in the New York area on our trip.

My best friend and I have been going to this place for the past three years. The restaurant is in a house a few blocks away from Rye Playland beach. It is next door to a gas station but don’t worry you won’t smell gasoline. They have a cute set up outside where you can sit and eat your meal on a nice sunny day. We went today and was very disappointed with how we were treated. The waiter came to our table with an unpleasant attitude and asked where we came from because all of a sudden it got crowded (there was a group of Latina women waiting to be served) and he knows we’re upset because it took awhile for him to come to our table and he knows he’s not going to get a tip. We told him we’re from around the corner and assured him that we were not upset with him and placed our order. This experience made us feel uncomfortable because he obviously did not want to serve our table with the assumption that all brown people don’t tip. So we decided not to return back ever again.
