⭐ Shoutout to the Rye Starbucks team!
I usually stop by this Starbucks at night with my kids, but tonight was something else the line was out the door! Rye was clearly hosting an event, maybe a school play or football game, with all the kids dressed in black. Even with the rush, there were only two girls working, and they handled everything with so much grace, patience, and professionalism. Truly impressive. They deserve a round of applause for keeping things moving and staying so positive under pressure 👏 Crystal and destiny have been working nights when we have come in and there has never been a Rush like this!

I stopped by the Starbucks in Rye, and I have to give a special shoutout to Jerry and the entire team. From the moment I walked in, the energy was warm and welcoming—something you don’t always get at every coffee chain.

Jerry stood out immediately. He was upbeat, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about each customer’s experience. Whether it was remembering regulars’ names or offering drink suggestions with a smile, he set the tone for the whole store.

The rest of the staff followed his lead—friendly, fast, and super efficient, even during a busy morning rush. My drink was made perfectly, and the barista even double-checked the order to make sure it was exactly how I wanted it.

This kind of service makes a big difference, especially when you’re grabbing coffee on the go. Rye’s Starbucks feels like a neighborhood spot thanks to the team running it. Huge props to Jerry and crew for turning a simple coffee run into a great start to the day.

Placed a pick up order at 8:39 am and received it at almost 9 for two premade sandwiches that eventually got cold and 2 simple iced matchas the volume of the store was not the busy to have the barista keep asking me what my order was 3 times the matcha was very light and didn’t include the syrups or drizzles it taste like straight milk won’t be coming back and I live around the corner Dunkin don’t sound so bad after all.
