Placed a pick up order at 8:39 am and received it at almost 9 for two premade sandwiches that eventually got cold and 2 simple iced matchas the volume of the store was not the busy to have the barista keep asking me what my order was 3 times the matcha was very light and didn’t include the syrups or drizzles it taste like straight milk won’t be coming back and I live around the corner Dunkin don’t sound so bad after all.

The service here is amazing! I am transitioning and stumbled upon this Starbucks and felt extremely welcome by the Manager. As a former Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion officer I appreciate their DEI efforts in the store. The education on Native American Heritage Month was very informative. I also have an emotional support animal and he was offered a pup cup too! I will be returning to this location for good coffee, good service, and good vibes.

Starbucks used to be a nice place to have a cup of coffee or whatever sit and read a paper work on your computer or just talk with a friend. Nowadays they blast the music the seating is not comfortable so obviously they just want you in and out and could care less about catering to your sitting and spending quality time either with friends, reading a book or a newspaper, or trying to talk with a friend. This goes only for Rye New York and Rye Brooks Starbucks. If you want the old Starbucks go to the one in Larchmont. They still like having people inside their building.

Starbucks on Purchase Street is pretty good, I’d say. The coffee is delicious, the interior is pretty nice and the service - well, that’s why this review is only four stars. It took about fifteen minutes for the servers to bring a coffee, and it wasn’t even crowded - it’s clear Starbucks has advanced coffee equipment, so why can’t they serve coffee efficiently and reliably? The variety is excellent - there’s an entire coffee menu to pick one, which I personally star as the best feature (alongside the coffee’s taste, of course). If you’re in a hurry, though, don’t come to this Starbucks, otherwise you’ll be stuck for twenty minutes!

Kid-friendliness: It’s a coffee parlor, so…..maybe not great to come with kids, unless they’re licking an ice cream (a nearby ice cream place is Longfords, which is right across the street).
