Sunrise is a great place to go for lunch or a quick bite. Service is pretty good usually (except for one rude person). The pizza is reliably good. However, they charge a hidden credit card fee, which is not revealed until after you check out (which is blatantly illegal), and even was applied when I used a debit card, which they pay next to nothing to accept. It is a pretty expensive place, but it’s Rye, so what can you expect?

we had a feast delivered to us and all 7 of us loved the food! the plain pizza was delicious - thin but not crispy crust, perfect amount of sauce and cheese, similar to the pizza I had growing up in Rockland. The calzone was full of fresh ricotta that everyone agreed was very good. I didn't love the chicken parm pizza but it was tasty so I prob don't love chicken parm pizza in general, lol. Best of all, the gluten-free personal pizza made my husband very happy - he said it was the best he's had a in a long time.
