I stopped by Sunshine Coffee Roasters recently and had mixed feelings. I really wanted to love this place because the interior is charming and the vibe is exactly what I look for in a local cafe. The staff is genuinely super friendly. They greeted everyone who walked in with a warm smile, and it really sets a welcoming tone right away. It is clearly a popular community spot where the baristas seem to know the regulars by name, which is always nice to see.

Great location very clean modern look. Down fall was that food that’s on the menu doesn’t get served until 12pm. They have premade food that can be heated on display.
