I had my dream wedding at Whitby Castle. Every detail was executed beautifully. The Maitre d, Ralph went above and beyond for our special day. He was responsive throughout and cared for our wedding as if he knew us. From the food to flow of the rooms (ceremony and reception spaces) everything was done beautifully. The team was accommodating to my needs wanting to come earlier to prep items, etc. The Bridal Attendant, Rosa, was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the day....
I wasn’t able to book with them (too far from where I live) but wish I could! Niki was extremely responsive and kind with sending quotes and answering questions. They helped explain everything and were doing everything they could to make it work for us! When I had to cancel our tour they were very understanding and kind. Such a great team to work with!!
We got married at Whitby on 10/3 and it was amazing! From the start, Niki was fantastic. She’s actually a big reason we chose Whitby. She was friendly, organized, and answered all our questions throughout this whole process. I don’t think I waited more than a day for a response from her! Then as we got closer to the actual day, Ralph (operations director) was a rockstar. We met with him a few weeks before to go through everything and he made it so easy. Like Niki, he answered...
