We used to love stopping at the Salamanca BK after sport practices, but lately it has been terrible 20+ minute waits in the drive thru. We have been trying to get the cotton candy icee since it came out but the machine is always broken or down for cleaning when we stop. Olean locations are much better if you’re in the mood for BK.

Must be a good spot to grab a late lunch ! It was crowded & had a line for the drive through !! Since I was really jammed for time, I had to skip lunch & head for Cleveland !! Was clean inside though ! A plus when one is that busy !! 😊

Food was good and service friends, but waited about 20 minutes for our food and the inside was very dirty, trash was overflowing, we got take out.
Great as always was a little backed up but that's not there fault order ahead online

Wows-we was the lady working last night rude!! Ordered ahead and when we arrived the milk shakes were unavailable. No big deal except her attitude towards us was unacceptable.
