Have been holding off on doing a review, as a few of the employees try very hard to do their job correctly, but the incompetence of getting your correct order is very frustrating. Ordered a Spicy chicken deluxe and received a spicy chicken with nothing but sauce and chicken with the bun. The line was long, which the team managed through very well, but after being directed to park in a reserved spot for my order, would expect it to be accurate. This location really needs a few more good employees to support those who are trying to do their job well. This is probably the 4th time in 3 months incorrect food was received.

Dylan is such a proactive employee! He is so friendly, and really truly cares about his customers and how they are serviced! I work for doordash and Dylan is such a helpful, friendly hand to me and I love seeing his smiling face !! -

I am a door dasher and the lobby is supposed to stay open til 11 pm I understand that it gets busy and things happen I dash 7 days a week and yes they r very busy but here it is right now its 945 pm and I am sitting in a very long line in the drive thru waiting to get a dash order not the first time sometimes they close the lobby at 8pm and we wait on drive thru line and food is cold as well that is crazy would u want ur food delivered cold after waiting way past the time it should have been there again not the first time and here it is 956 and I am still 5 cars beep in the drive thru line here’s a suggestion maybe having them bring the door dash food out or even just let the dashers in so they don’t have to sit and food cold as well again happens all the time (Salamanca ny 14779 location) just got to speaker and we were suppose to deliver it 15 mins ago 1011and not even to window yet and it’s not the cooks they r putting food out the front can keep up it was like that at lunch as well all the time one night they told a bus of 30 girls they would not wait on them they were closing the doors at 830 r u kidding me so bus went to BK 1017 still not to the window 1020 and they hand me a bag that was sitting there food is cold

I changed this review cause food was pretty good. And they don’t forget nothing in my order. But I wait around 40 min for my order, and 10 min of them was with open window cause the guy who takes orders every two minutes said me wait please and don’t take my order

Absolutely awful. Giving people the wrong orders left and right, not knowing which order is in what bag. Misplaced our order multiple times, told to wait in a spot and they'd bring orer out, never came, had to go in to get it and they didn't know where our order was.

Love this area! Not their Mcdonalds...first they didn't give us our cup...then the order was wrong. While waiting for correct food was asked to move even though their was no one else in the whole register area. The cashier was another story! One good outcome...dbl burger, fr.fries, 4pc.nuggett and small drink..$5.40...Hmmm!!!! Never ever will we stop there again! May all that visit have a much better experience!
i got a quarter pounder burger and i can tell the grill wasn’t cleaned before it was made. I use to work at mcdonald’s and when you don’t clean the grill the burger sticks to it. The top of my burger is non existent and there’s stuff from the grill also stuck it. The first one was fine but the second one i didn’t even eat, i got 2 burgers.

Being we were on a long trip and needed a break we decided to eat inside. The food was the usual. The restaurant, however, was atrocious! Every table was dirty. The floor looked as if it hadn't been swept all day. There were no napkins in the dispenser. The ice dispenser for drinks was jammed. The worst was the restrooms. Both were disgusting. The women's room was worst with feces on the toilet!
