Ordered on the machine without getting a receipt while a small man complained about cold coffee and another customer asked if anyone was working the register. Bad customers can definitely affect a visit here.
Came inside to sit down and eat during a road trip, they were having their lunch rush, staff was super nice, we weren’t waiting too long even though they were busy. ice was out in their lobby machine and staff got to it quickly, i had a positive experience. I work fast food and I know rushes can be stressful, staff did terrific
Dylan is such a proactive employee! He is so friendly, and really truly cares about his customers and how they are serviced! I work for doordash and Dylan is such a helpful, friendly hand to me and I love seeing his smiling face !!
