I always order online so i can grab my order on my lunch break. I can't remember the last time my order has been ready on time.

Subway's food is three stars everywhere. Can't be a turkey sandwich with honey mustard on the road. But the service here is fast and professional, organize and clean. Subway's atmosphere is the same in all of the restaurants but the tables were organized and cleaned.

The worst steak sub, or sub I have ever had at a subway in my life! The bread was very dry, and thats all there was, was dry bread! There hardly was any meat and or toppings. The 12 inch sub is also more like an 8 inch sub! Don't charge me full price when the actual sub isn't a 12 inch sub!

Community is beyond mad about demanding tips from people in our community. Especially our younger ones. Some of these workers have absolutely horrible attitudes when you dont tip them. It's optional to tip and demanding it makes everyone NOT want to tip them anymore. Do better.

I made a DoorDash pickup at 5:30, pickup was scheduled for 5:50. I showed up on time and when telling them i was there for the pickup, they looked at the receipt and i thought they were going to start it. I wasn’t going to make a huge fuss because things happen. They then proceeded to help the next 3 people over the course of 30 minutes while i stood there waiting. They didn't start my order until 6:15 and were just chit chatting and having no cares. I finally got my food around 6:20, and they just slid me the bag and stared at me..no apology, no “sorry for the delay”, no have a good day, nothing. His name was Nathan and unsure of the girls name as she had no name tag but she had a septum ring and i got nothing from either of them. The worst customer service, extremely incompetent, and completely unable to act professionally. If i could give a negative star, i would.
Updated: gave it another try and was impressed by a worker i believe he said his name is Annis if i heard correct, sorry if i misspelled, he greeted me upon entering, had a huge line and took care of business like a champ and was super professional. Ery apologetic about the wait but also had awesome communication. Now that was CUSTOMER SERVICE. Keep people like him and the amazing attitude he had. He made me change my review solely off his demeanor and positive attitude even in the midst of pressure. Again, good job man n keep it up!

I guess now doordashers have to stand in a certain area we're not allowed to be near the pickup rack and then I see that once you put in one review you can't do another so I had to come back to my old one just to add another complaint about how if you ordered food you'll get it when the store is empty of customers so for an example let's say you put your order in and right after you ordered it a bus load of people come in you would have to wait until they're all done and gone and hopefully nobody else watching before they start your order so you could wait up the 2 hours or longer

Fiancé thought it would be a fun trip down memory lane to try Subway after having not eaten there in years. Personally, I could have thought of many other places to go and waste money but we went.
Ordered a chicken chipotle sub, it was mediocre and dripping with sauce, the wrapping was completely saturated when we opened it. In addition, we saw an advertisement for different snacks… one of which was a chicken/cheese wrap with dipping sauce. I’ll attach the pictures, I’d love for someone to please tell me where the chicken is? If I wanted a plain wrap, I would have gone to the store and bought an entire pack for less money.
This is one establishment that definitely deserves to stay in the past.

Owner has not paid me my paycheck from my first week, and it's been 3 weeks. As well this is also after 2 of his employees participated in smashing my windshield of my vehicle. Labor board it is.
Im gonna guess they don't actually read the whole order since its messed up majority of the time. They clearly have something against cheese because at least 1 sub is missing it with every order. Last order "the Boss" (meatball) was missing the pepperoni and the other was on the wrong bread. Tonight "The Boss" has no cheese and about half the meatballs its supposed to have. SMH do better
Me and my friend stoped in to get subs, the two men at the counter could barely understand us and we couldn’t really understand them. They rolled my sub like a wrap instead of folding it like normal and didn’t tell my friend they were out of the buffalo chicken and just put on regular chicken and wouldn’t let them change the sub then tried to charge us together. Will not be returning

Not trying to be rude three gentlemen that were working were trying so hard to communicate with some of their customers and the customers got a little upset so on that note you might want to have them learn English a little bit more especially when talking to the natives in town
