Sam Tyger is one the worst woman to work with yet alone to train anyone. It’s like dealing with trailer trash who only cares about herself and not customers. Drive to Ellicottville or Olean location if you actually want Tim Hortons that actually makes good food and proper drinks.

Understaffed and always extremely busy…I placed a mobile order and 37 minutes later I was informed by staff they were too busy to fill that mobile order
