I go out of my way ( and I live in Olean where we've got 4 ) to go to this tim Hortons. The 2 boys that work weekend nights I just adore. They're such sweet, polite young men and they go above and beyond.

You can never go wrong with a cup of Tim. Hortons, coffee and a donut and a muffin or a sandwich, just a very nice place. Folks are always friendly, usually pretty busy, but I loved it. Coffee was hot and strong

Tried to give a tip because the server was friendly and helpful. I love the box that they put the breakfast wrap in. Tear the middle, remove the top and you can hold your wrap nicely while you’re driving.

Just paid almost $8 for 2 bagels w/ cream cheese not sure if that price is accurate
We will never go back stopped in for breakfast sandwiches and ordered when I stopped in the parking lot to check everything come to find out it was wrong so I go in to get it fixed then they tell me that they was out of bacon how can a breakfast place be out of bacon at noon asked for my money back and got it the manager didn't even say sorry or anything

We were there on May 10 at 11:00 am. Terrible service and terrible grilled cheese sandwiches. We had to ask for them to take our order and then they got i wrong and they wanted us to take chicken sandwiches instead of grilled cheese. They got mad at us, so they made grilled cheese and only half grilled it. The broccoli soup was very watery. So we will not be purchasing from this Tim Hortons again.

Just never have consistency !! Coffee tastes good one day go back the next and it just tastes nasty as heck and burnt . When it’s the only tim hortons around and gotta drive 15 min then it’s quite upsetting

This location was slow, not clean, my coffee was only warm and my wife's drink was wrong. They had a new person on the register and it's not their fault while others were there to help out. Not a good experience.
