The reason why im leaving one star is cause Today idk know the guys name some old guy that works there but it was on this day January 4 around 1:50pm he called me a whin baby cause one of the only handles on the milk jug broke and fell and broke the bottle and then tells me I have to pay for it cause the way I was holding it?!?! Make it make sense. I used the handle they design and it failed and then blame me for the way I was holding it even tho I go here all the time holding it the same way.... And the guy never even said hey are you alright? Cause you know seeing im a customer and glass is broken but hes worried about the money more then customer service and safety and he still continues to tell me and other people and his employee that i'm a crybaby. And he said word or word he dont give a shit if the bottle brakes. This could have not happened if he was a little nicer idk if hes the owner but very disrespectful. And I would of paid for the bottle milk and crate but he insisted to keep calling me a cry baby so I decided to cry on here so everyone can see im a cry baby. Lol

Great ice cream and milk

The best milk available! Best tasting milk by far, from very happy cows. Cute little shop as well with nice ice cream and other local dairy products. Worth the visit every time, especially when the ladies are out!

Almost impossible to open the half and half product without spilling it. Very difficult to pry open, and spills when you finally get it open. Very frustrating!

I can't say enough good things about Battenkill milk products. When I found out that I was pregnant, I was having terrible nausea and morning sickness. My midwife recommended that I consume extra protein; I tried protein drinks and bars, and they were all too sickly sweet or unnatural-tasting. It occurred to me to try drinking milk instead, as it has 9g of protein per cup. I picked up some Battenkill whole milk from the grocery store – it cured my nausea! I never vomited again from morning sickness (tmi, sorry). I would drink several glasses a day, wake my husband up in the middle of the night for a glass or two, and I felt so much better. I taste-tested several other milks from local farms and creameries, and nothing beat Battenkill. My husband even had me do blind-tastings, and I got it right everytime – Battenkill is the best! I had been drinking whole milk, but at the farmer's market, the Battenkill folks recommended I try cream top milk. OMG, game changer. It is even more fresh-tasting, I can't get enough. Also, my pregnancy is going super well, the baby and I are very healthy. Battenkill milk has definitely played a part in that! Ok, I'm getting thirsty again... time for more cream top milk lol!!! P.S. I'm from Wisconsin, America's dairyland, so I consider myself somewhat of a milk expert haha! Go and get yourself some Battenkill milk, specifically cream top, ASAP! Or their chocolate milk, it's divine.

Rich, creamy, super high quality ice cream, soft serve and regular ice, not to miss!!! Highly recommend!!! Yummmmm
