This place is a gem! The owner takes real care in preparing his food! The pastries are amazing! The Hungarian mushroom soup was the best I have ever had! The atmosphere is warm and inviting! Highly recommend!

Out on a Limb Bakery is a lovely place to get quality goods. My favorite are the Hand Pies that they make, which are ready for lunch. Usually 3 types per day, the flavors change but they are small serving meals in a flaky, chewy crust. Get them before someone else does!

A friend was telling me for weeks to check this place out. I finally had the chance and wow!! Incredible, scratch-made food. I have tried the quiche, cinnamon bun, and brownie and all 3 were the best I’ve ever had. Very friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere as well. Definitely check this place out!

This is a rare gem of a bakery! From sandwiches to quiche to hot cross buns, the fare is fabulous. And the owners are so pleasant and helpful. Best of all are the handmade meat pies.They are only open on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, so be sure to schedule a visit then.

We are so lucky to have this wonderful bakery in our little town of Salem, NY. Open Thursday, Friday and Saturday and worth the wait. Top notch bakery items like fresh croissants, bollo, scones and muffins to name a few. They also have delicious salads and of course their famous hand pies. Coffee or latte, got it. Check em' out you won't be disappointed. But get there early as they sell out fast.

Very tasty freshly baked goods from Samosa stuffed pastry to delicious cookies. Good coffee.I want to try all their dishes!!

We are so lucky to have such a fabulous pair of chefs in our little town of Salem. From the savory hand pies to the sweet bollos the choices are amazing. Not to mention the lattes and other designer coffees. Thank you for bringing deliciousness to us.

We visited Salem and discovered this bakery. They serve delicious food, pastries and cookies. Every day you might find something different in their shop on display, their variety is amazing. But they absolutely excel at making coffee. Their coffee is definitely by far the best in the area. It is wonderful how consistent they are in everything they do.

This bakery is wonderful. The owners are very nice people. There is something there for everyone. The hand pies are yummy and filling. So many different ones for different palates. I had a piece of chocolate cake with cherries and cream that was amazing. if I could only have one desert a month it would be that chocolate cake. They have added salads to the menu, which is great. They have a nice little area to sit and watch as Salem goes about it's day. I can't wait to see how they grow.

A small new business :)A small,cozy atmosphere. Really cute little place with great customer service and a good selection of sweet and savory food. The food comes out hot every morning. I really recommend the pork buns ♡

Went here this morning and was blown away! I ordered a cappuccino and a milk bun with cream cheese and my daughter got a hot chocolate. We split the milk bun but next time we are getting our own because that was to die for! I brought my boyfriend home a breakfast sandwich with bacon he loved. Hard to believe this place is here in Salem. We will be back as soon as we can.
