horrible experience, went there with my boyfriend and his mom they ignored us and as we got our drinks only filled it up with ice and no of our actual drink. Started arguing over the fact the female worker was doing all the work and he was just sitting there . Horrible interaction. this place needs new people working .

Craving their donuts for a few days so drive 10 minutes to this location. Donuts were STALE, ordered an ice coffee that was so watered down it barely had a taste. Like cold milk water…GROSS. Another gentleman ordered one cold drink and waited for 10 minutes, when he got his drink it was wrong. Service was hard to judge as they were training a new employee. $15 for stale donuts and crap “coffee”

Horrible experience went through the drive-thru they completely got every coffee wrong that they forgot to add the muffins so we had to do a second transaction at the window now mind you this is 8:30 in the morning during the morning rush so the line was backed up all because these people cannot understand anything and they could barely even speak English on top of that I seen the lady making breakfast sandwiches with no gloves on fingering every piece of food sheets touched her nails were long she didn't have a hairnet on oh man what an unforgettable experience that I have to share dunkin' donuts really needs to screen who they let open franchises because the sanitation at this dunkin' donuts is horrendous. The worst part about it is the lady told me that if I wanted a second receipt I would have to pay $0.25 for it
