Don’t believe any hours posted this place is hit or miss and extremely disappointing- constantly under staffed constantly never open in the early morning- or “not ready” to take care of you - nothing like starting you day with the only coffee shop in the area closed and or screwed up

The employees couldn't take the order due to language barriers an the general manager just sat there counting donuts instead of helping an then I watched the person behind me have the same problem an then the gm sits down an drinks his coffee an eats his donuts in his lil black bflo vest lmao 🤣🤣 do better

Just went through the drive thru, the workers at the window made my drink wrong and when I asked them to remake it they kept asking me to try the drink that it would taste good and then proceeded to ask my passenger to taste the drink….. so strange. I had to request for a refund.

Asked for bagel toasted twice. Was told that’s not an option. Asked for well done instead then (first time I’ve been told it couldn’t be done) bagel was BARELY toasted at all. Employee was rude and went out of his way to make sure my bagel was NOT toasted because I insisted it couldn’t be toasted extra. 1/12/25 @ 9:12am.
