We have been to all the places around the area for our Friday fish fry and Hoover’s has THE best fish fry. We love their homemade ice cream! The only thing that is such a bummer, is the fact that it’s FREEZING in the cooler months, especially winter. Can we get some space heaters or something at least?! I love eating here but it’s hard when it’s so so cold.
Very friendly staff takes your order at the counter. They call your name when order is ready. Food isn't fancy but well made and tasty. Prices are very reasonable and a half order of fries are plenty. Just a bit chilly in there this time of year. Lots of people going in and out getting their egg nog.
We genuinely appreciate the opportunity to make a stop here during our return journey across the border. The culinary offerings are consistently fresh and delectable, while the dessert specials undergo regular changes and provide an enjoyable experience.
