My daughter ordered a snowman doughnut, a Steak & Cheese Panini, a Gingerbread Iced Latte, and a blueberry muffin. Everything was handed in a matter of seconds however we waited over 15 minutes for the Panini. No employee told us it was finished and we had to ask about the rest of the order after awhile. The sandwich sat behind counter and no one told us it was ready. An employee did apologize for the wait and the situation. There were about four or five employees and they are gossiping near the drive-thru window while customers wait at the counter. This was on a Wednesday afternoon the drive thru had quite the wait. Furthermore there were donuts not placed in the showcase that sat behind the counter.

Headed to work and I waited behind only one car for over a half hour. Coffee was wrong as usual. And of course I come to the window and some privileged looking girls are just standing there with their arms crossed, rolling their eyes. Asking me what I bought, you should already know that and have it ready. The only thing that wasn’t bad was the doughnut (they come frozen). When I worked for Tim Hortons it was not like this, we were fast, friendly and efficient. Someone fire these people. Thanks for making me late… again.

My girlfriend and I have been getting Oreo ice caps for almost 3 years now, and just like everything else, quality is gone down. Usually, when we get them nowadays, they're super sweet and light in color.

Always a terrible time getting any service, they can have 6-8 employees, and it's always 1 on sandwich station, at most 1 on counter, everyone else gossiping and not working, just wasting time with whoever is on drive thru. You get no service, it took 5 minutes for someone to just say they'll be there in a moment, be prepared to spend your entire break just waiting in line, simply because they don't want to work, it's not even busy.
Edit: tim Hortons says they want to hear more and asks for a form to be filled out. Gives me a link that just takes me to their "contact us" page with links to FAQs, find a restaurant, get digital support for the app. They don't want to actually hear from anyone, just pretend to respond and then leave your voice in the wind. This franchise has decided to give up, but make it appear like they're of the community.

I love that they take Canadian Money..that was all I had that day. I also love that they have milk substitutes, like almond, oat, and coconut milk, especially when it is organic.
I also appreciate that I can charge up my phone and electronic devices while I am travelling.
I would like to see less packaging, cleaner bathrooms, and perhaps taking a look at how A & W does things...to produce less waste..as they have no recycling...perhaps serve dine in orders on plates..and if someone brings in their clean takeout coffee mugs for coffee drinks, fill it..instead of putting it in plastic and producing more waste.
This visit I worked on my art while I let my phone and other devices charge. I reused the takeout paper Timmies bags to out my stickers on and colour's so I wouldn't grt any markers on the table...I love reducing, reusing and recycling...the paper bags have been great to store my stickers and sharpies.
So it was a good experince..definitely need more consistent care to the bathrooms...and work on reducing waste, paper, and plastic packaging.

Ordered a Sausage B.E.L.T, and a bagel with onion chive cream cheese, there was no lettuce or tomato on the B.E.L.T and regular cream cheese one the bagel
It's s Saturday 6/15/24. It's 2:21 pm. I've been sitting in their drive thru waiting to order my coffee since 2:01 pm. The line has not moved at all! And the line has a total of 3 cars here waiting. By the time I was able to order it was 2:26 pm and yeah . All that time wasted for a coffee
Why even bother doing a mobile order through the app for this location? The last 4 times I ordered a simple iced coffee, arriving 10-15 minutes later, I still have to go in and wait in line that's wrapped around half the store, only to get to the register and see my order still sticking out of the printer. This is the only location that does this. Every other Tims in my area I can mobile order and it's ready and waiting for me... in and out.
While I'm waiting 15 minutes+, I get to watch the poor harried single person at the register take orders and make the drinks as the line just keeps growing, meanwhile watching the 3-4 workers near the drive through window argue and pick at each other while standing there!
The younger crew can stay because they seem to try, but the "adult" morning crew- I hate to say it- need to go. There needs to be a second person on the register.

This Tim’s in the small community of Sanborn, NY is really hopping in the morning as it catches commuters on the main Lockport-Niagara Falls route AND the people streaming into the community college across the road. However, the ladies manning the drive thru keep the line moving, allowing me to get a nice hot cup of delicious Tim Hortons coffee and some Timbits for the road.
Parking: Parking sufficient immediately around the TH building, overflow could park in the surrounding Tops parking lot.

Just ordered a Chipotle Wrap had no sauce on it. Ordered a croissant with Nutella and cream without powdered sugar and it had no cream on it. Again no napkins in the bag. Why every Tim Hortons there’s something wrong with our order? It was 2 things spoken clearly and none ever put napkins in the bag!! Come on do better!!!
