Today after two successful lunches, we tried breakfast, and I have to say I was truly disappointed waited almost an hour for eggs that must have been fried underneath 2 inches of oil. also over hard should not have yolk running out of the basket….all three breakfasts were served in a plastic basket with paper that became part of your food, with a side of home fries that consisted of three 1” square pieces of potato its was pretty sad.

Amazing food and amazing service. My gf and I are some of the biggest fans of fried pickles and this place has got to be in the top 3. Delicious dipping sauce and arugula and onions… OMG they were perfect. The rest of the food was amazing as well but the pickles were the star of the show. If I ever come back to the area we will make sure to come in!

I’ve never had the chance to enjoy breakfast at Bitters until today. What a wonderful experience! The menu is full of breakfast go-to’s but everything is amped up! We went with the French toast which comes with eggs and a TON of crispy home fries! Then we ordered the bacon & egg wrap that was also filled with delicious potato. The portions are generous and we cannot wait to return to try the other options.
Also, definitely order the mimosa!
Thank you to Josh for the recommendation AND the history on the new breakfast menu.

Highly recommend!

Had the Brussels and Bitter Burger. Every bite was delicious. Staff was super friendly and gave us great suggestions for a winter visit. We sat on the rooftop deck level and watched the street. Beverages were also generous.

We opted for a healthy clean meal so we ordered the crispy fried tofu on our ceaser salad and in my crispy fried tofu with peanut sauce wrap. They were seriously lacking in the crispiness and had zero flavor. Cook the tofu and add some flavor please. I admit tofu needs help to be satisfying.

I forgot what exactly I had, some steak with beans thing. It was probably the best meal I've had in the Adirondacks. Absolutely fantastic. I can't say enough. We'll be back.

I’ll admit I we were genuinely surprised by Bitters and Bones — everyone who worked there was friendly, they offered to seat us at the couches upstairs until a table was ready and helped a 90 year old member of our party up the steps! The fish tacos, flatbread and fish and chips were great, especially the sauces. Vibes on the rooftop were good, and the live music out back was really solid. Local staple spot now, I’d highly recommend.
