If you've got that once a month or so craving that you know there's not one combination of flavors from a tried and true classic American Chinese family restaurant is going to deliver and never disappoint, your coming here. Everything is served exactly as,if not better than you've always come to expect with that endearing warm welcoming family owned business feel. Nothing more needs to be said.
Food was great. I had the chicken and broccoli which was great. Everything seemed fresh and cooked very well. Service is complicated. It would b better if they had someone that spoke better English. Seems to be a communication barrier when it comes to the woman that works the register. Believe she is also one of the owners. Im only stating this because my order has been messed up a few times. And when I Try to explain that to her, she has no problem telling me I'm wrong...
Living in Saranac Lake my entire life I would have to say that Jade is one of the best restaurants I've went to if your sauce is too thin the first time you order something the next time you order it all you have to do is ask them if they can make thicker sauce and if you want more sauce they'll give you more sauce all you have to do is ask and as far as the lady when you talk to her she's actually very sweet I think a lot of people misunderstand her because there's...
