Yum! Downhill Grill was exactly what I didn’t even know I needed. The sandwich board outside said ‘Fish Fry Special’ and I was sold. The fish was perfectly crispy fried on the outside, and piping hot on the inside. Not over cooked either. I was surprised to learn they had dolce leche for dessert, and it was perfect! Caramel and milky cake with caramel yogurt balls and whipped cream. The prices were very reasonable, and the service was so friendly without being overbearing....
Came in for the Tuesday special and it was out. We waited a very long time to be seated and then about 20 mins before the waitress took our order. Food took awhile to come out. When we were done with our food and waited about another 20 mins for the waitress to walk by and I asked her for the check.
In both my visits there in the last few months the service has been horrible. I gave it another try after the 1st time, but I doubt I'll choose that restaurant...
