Deceptive practices the add a gratuity on to the bill as a food line item, (we were only a party of 3) can only imagine how many people get ripped off because of it. Plus wanted 2 slices of pizza while the rest of the table ordered regular menu items, they wouldn't serve me slices which they had at the counter while sitting , but I could have gotten up gotten 2 slices and walked back to the table. Mind you with 30 or so tables on a Saturday only 5 tables were occupied. The rules are there rules but I didn't eat personally my choice. Just a bad business model not looking for return business. Not to mention my wife said it was just ok food. Good luck to them.

Got a pizza to go. Decent pie. Fast service has a good beer on tap to wait. A little pricey but worth it

Disappointing experience overall. The Margherita pizza was priced as a specialty pizza ($21) without clear explanation—basic ingredients like cheese and tomato sauce were counted as “extras.” Staff were kind but not knowledgeable about the menu. An 18% gratuity was added automatically for a party of two with no prior notice. Important: they only accept cash or check—no cards or digital payments. There’s an on-site ATM, but it charges a $2.50 fee. Service was friendly, but the lack of transparency made for a frustrating visit.

First time in my life I have ever felt compelled to leave a 0% tip. I felt like our server was actively avoiding us. My second drink had no liquor in it. Food was good, but I can also cook pasta. Won't be back.

We were looking forward to trying Little Italy Pizzeria during our visit to Saranac Lake, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. The pizza was undercooked and lacked flavor, and the garlic bread was doughy and bland. The service was slow, and the staff didn’t seem particularly attentive or welcoming. They forgot to add broccoli and olives to our pasta even after placing an order for them. Also, it’s a cash-only place, which wasn’t clearly advertised, making things inconvenient. With so many great dining options in the area, we were disappointed by the overall experience.

Everything was great; the food and service 5 out of 5, can’t wait to be back. Thank you!

I rarely leave reviews, but this place absolutely deserves it--for all the wrong reasons. The level of unprofessionalism here is truly shocking. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that no one had any interest in providing decent service. The staff was rude, dismissive, and completely disorganized. I was either ignored or spoken to with an attitude, and any basic questions I asked were met with eye-rolls or vague, careless answers. They just don't care about your time. I waited well beyond an average wait time for food to arrive and staff stood around chatting or scrolling on their phones. The environment felt chaotic and poorly managed, and it was obvious that customer satisfaction is not even remotely a priority. The food is wayy too overpriced for the quality, and the chicken tasted like potatoes. Save yourself the frustration and money and go literally anywhere else. This place is a mess.

The sad thing is that this is the best pizza within about an hour's drive. That doesn't mean it's worth eating, though.

It is a little bit depressing when I see the employees responding to negative (accurate) reviews, yet, the people responding type like fifth graders. You would think they would at least speak in a somewhat intelligent fashion when trying to swat away bad reviews...

Anyway, if you want pizza, go to Potsdam.

They have moved just up the Street.

Very disappointed! Group of 4 for dinner, 1 had a Philly cheese and the meat was cooked like crispy bacon, 1 had a meat ball sub, roll was toasted to the point it crumbled if you tried to pick it up and was served on a paper covered wire basket that made it impossible to ever cut to eat with a fork. 2 of us had the sausage sub and they were the same as the meatball sub. Being from Canton we were expecting a good meal having eaten at the Potsdam, Canton and Ogdensburg Little Italy restaurants. even though they are all a little different the food is very good. Again very disappointing meal 😝

Ordered via door dash . Never received the order . Called restaurant and owner said I didn’t want more orders so I shut iPad off and hung up on me . It took 53 calls for the idiot to pick up then tell me it’s not his problem and hang up .

We went here for dinner, and the service was very poor. I understand that sometimes it gets busy and sometimes little mistakes are made. I’ve served for years and it happens! This can be easily fixed by owning up to the mistake you made. However, I’ve never experienced a server who not only made mistakes leaving out food and drinks for our table, but did not even apologize for it and was extremely rude when we asked if they be corrected in some way. And to add to that, after the bad service and attitude we still were required to pay an 18% tip with automatic gratuity. Truly unfortunate considering the food was very good, but the experience was ruined due to a poor attitude.

Got our pizza order wrong and made with cheap, poor quality ingredients. I'm a local and will not go back.
