Very disappointed! Group of 4 for dinner, 1 had a Philly cheese and the meat was cooked like crispy bacon, 1 had a meat ball sub, roll was toasted to the point it crumbled if you tried to pick it up and was served on a paper covered wire basket that made it impossible to ever cut to eat with a fork. 2 of us had the sausage sub and they were the same as the meatball sub.
Being from Canton we were expecting a good meal having eaten at the Potsdam, Canton and Ogdensburg Little Italy restaurants. even though they are all a little different the food is very good. Again very disappointing meal 😝

Ordered via door dash . Never received the order . Called restaurant and owner said I didn’t want more orders so I shut iPad off and hung up on me . It took 53 calls for the idiot to pick up then tell me it’s not his problem and hang up .

We went here for dinner, and the service was very poor. I understand that sometimes it gets busy and sometimes little mistakes are made. I’ve served for years and it happens! This can be easily fixed by owning up to the mistake you made. However, I’ve never experienced a server who not only made mistakes leaving out food and drinks for our table, but did not even apologize for it and was extremely rude when we asked if they be corrected in some way. And to add to that, after the bad service and attitude we still were required to pay an 18% tip with automatic gratuity. Truly unfortunate considering the food was very good, but the experience was ruined due to a poor attitude.

Beth gave us great service! This is GREAT NY pizza. I am clueless about some of the other reviews I read. The prices were reasonable - yeah they only take cash. I'm in my 60's so i'm not paying bills with an apple watch anyway.

This place has surpassed Sergis!! Their crust is light and airy, sauce isnt horrible acidic. Just an all around great place to dine!!
Food is mediocre. But their prices are set for like a Michelin star restaurant. Which is absurd. We ordered takeout. Only got a child spaghetti plate and asked for 3 meat balls. Online the price is $10.50. Wasn't told on the phone it's cash only. They have a red sauce charge. Wasn't told this either. The 3 meat balls are another $10, apparently. Which blows my mind! Plus with tax, the total was $22. I find it absurd that a kids meal was $22 total. To top it off the cashier (male) was rude. Had an attitude when we tried to ask why it cost so much but never got an explanation anyways, till we got our receipt. I would say, farrrrrrrr away!!!!!!!!! Don't go! Rude service and absurd prices! And to only get a half filled meal for my child!

Everything was going well, sort of. We wanted to enjoy an antipasto salad while we were deciding what else to order, but the waitress said she had to turn in the entire order at one time. So we quickly decided on a couple of Strombolis for the rest of our meal. She brought the antipasto first, but before we were half done with it, she brought the Strombolis. The quality of all the food was good but not outstanding. The thing that made me take away a star was that when the bill came (this is a cash only place), there was an additional charge for red sauce for each Stromboli, and there was 18% gratuity charge added (I'm accustomed to having an automatic gratuity charge for a larger party but never for party of 2 with a small bill).

Got pizza takeout here twice after strenuous hiking in Adk. The pizza is amazing. They never say on the phone that's it's cash or local check, because they have an ATM. So sure, they are set in their ways and are not going for convenience or service awards, but you can come for the pizza.
