Quite disappointed with my recent visit. I paid the extra money for the adult meal that is supposed to include the limited edition special cup. Upon arrival to pick up my order, the attendant tells me they ran out but they should be getting another shipment and she took my name down so I could come back in within a few days to retrieve the cup. Well today I went in to check on this and all they could say was sorry we aren’t doing that anymore. So I called and tried to find a solution once I got home and they could care less. Not even an offer to refund the extra money I spent for the cup. I understand it’s not a ton of extra money that I paid for this cup but it’s a complete lack of customer service or any kind of care for the people they are serving.

Incompetent staff, as usual. Unhelpful and couldn't care less. I ordered a BLT Double QP. Received a single QP with no bacon on it. The B in BLT must have confused them. The supervisor wouldnt correct the order without a receipt which wasnt given to me by the person taking the order. Anytime I ever get the idea in my head to go to this restaurant, I'm always on the fence. Because it's always a crapshoot whether you will get the correct order, cold/ old food, or any care whatsoever. It blows my mind that corporate allows their stores to run at such low standards. Just read the online reviews. Across all platforms, below average reviews.
Food quality and customer service has improved greatly! Ren went above and beyond to ensure my order was accurate. While I didn't keep my receipt I hope they get the praise they deserve!

I always stop here after completing one of the 46 high peaks, both to upload a victory pose and to replenish lost calories. The food is consistently hot and fresh and I always feel like I'm attended to quickly. It's the best McDonald's I've been to so I'll keep coming back. ?
