This location is very hit and miss. More misses than hits in terms of customer service. They have gotten mobile orders wrong on several occasions. Missing items and poorly prepared sandwiches. Today, they refused to complete an order simply because I walked inside for a mobile order instead of going through the drive through. I’ve done this before at this locations and others. Never had an issue. Competent workers were always willing to help, however, this location does not include competent workers.

The managers in this place are so inept and so unaware of good customer service I cannot even go into the details but this definitely makes one of the top 10 worst McDonald's in the United States of America so let's just leave it at that I would avoid this McDonald's at all cost

They have children working the drive-through that don’t pay attention to there windows, and when they went to hand us our change they threw it and dropped it on the ground. We’re also very disrespectful!!

Made a mobile order for drive thru, was told at drive thru to come into the store, was told in the store I needed to get BACK into the drive thru line, then was told over the speaker after doing what they asked that we needed to come BACK INTO THE STORE AGAIN. When we asked to speak to a manager, the employee was incredibly rude. Employees need better training.

Paid $7 for a deluxe McCrispy and it was on stale bread that was broken in half and the chicken was cold with a weird texture like it had a lot of tendons?? Giving it two stars because I’ve eaten here many times and it’s usually decent but this was appalling. They were no other cars so it wasn’t busy, the service was nice so I’m not really sure what happened. I probably should’ve gone back for a replacement but didn’t want bother

I ordered big mac meal. It was really good and my fries were fresh and hot. The people who work at the Saranac Lake NY McDonalds are very friendly. The manager is awesome. I go thru the drive through and always have a good experience. The only thing that could improve is for the employees to SLOW DOWN AND BE NEAT when making the food. I’ve gotten a big mac with the top on upside down and I've had a big mac with only one burger on it and one time my big mac had a lot of mayonnaise instead of mac sauce. I just laugh at those mistakes. It’s the nice employees that do it for me.
