Paid $7 for a deluxe McCrispy and it was on stale bread that was broken in half and the chicken was cold with a weird texture like it had a lot of tendons?? Giving it two stars because I’ve eaten here many times and it’s usually decent but this was appalling. They were no other cars so it wasn’t busy, the service was nice so I’m not really sure what happened. I probably should’ve gone back for a replacement but didn’t want bother

It was the cleanest, nicest Macdonalds I've ever been in. Fresh flowers on the table were lovely!

Quite disappointed with my recent visit. I paid the extra money for the adult meal that is supposed to include the limited edition special cup. Upon arrival to pick up my order, the attendant tells me they ran out but they should be getting another shipment and she took my name down so I could come back in within a few days to retrieve the cup. Well today I went in to check on this and all they could say was sorry we aren’t doing that anymore. So I called and tried to find a solution once I got home and they could care less. Not even an offer to refund the extra money I spent for the cup. I understand it’s not a ton of extra money that I paid for this cup but it’s a complete lack of customer service or any kind of care for the people they are serving.

Incompetent staff, as usual. Unhelpful and couldn't care less. I ordered a BLT Double QP. Received a single QP with no bacon on it. The B in BLT must have confused them. The supervisor wouldnt correct the order without a receipt which wasnt given to me by the person taking the order. Anytime I ever get the idea in my head to go to this restaurant, I'm always on the fence. Because it's always a crapshoot whether you will get the correct order, cold/ old food, or any care whatsoever. It blows my mind that corporate allows their stores to run at such low standards. Just read the online reviews. Across all platforms, below average reviews.
