Absolutely horrible customer service. It's almost as if they skipped the customer service portion of the training program and threw the most rude people they could find into spots that interact directly with customers.

I ordered big mac meal. It was really good and my fries were fresh and hot. The people who work at the Saranac Lake NY McDonalds are very friendly. The manager is awesome. I spent a few days in Lake Placid with some friends and we explored the local area. We were there during the dead time, when many places closed and ended up hunting down one of the few open places in the area: McDonalds (in Saranac Lake). I give it a positive rating because it was open.\n\nBeyond that, the five of us ordered (either at the counter or with the kiosk) and we got our food quickly (and it was nice and hot).
