Stopped in on a Tuesday evening, only a few cars in the lot. Waited 10mins to be seated in the empty restaurant. Noticed a man behind the counter with a beard working around the food....no net on the beard. Finally get seated. Delivery driver starts bringing people out their stuff with his sleeves touching the food. (Still no waitress) couple behind us gets their breadsticks after being there 40mins! (Which had been touched with delivery guys sleeve)

The place was filthy and there was only one waiter working. It was empty and it looks like they could of cleaned up the place a little.

My wife and I came in on New Year’s Eve. The restaurant was empty. Waited for almost 5 minutes while the female server was on the phone. A gentleman came in after us and had a take out order. After the phone call, the server rudely asked who was next. Before we had a chance to say anything, she quickly turned to the take out customer and ignored us. We said, excuse me we were here first and would like to be seated. She rudely said, you will have to wait. Totally unacceptable considering every table was available. We left and ate at another local Italian restaurant. I have visited this Pizza Hut in the past with mixed experiences, but this was the last straw. I will never eat there again, dine in or take out.

Good pizza here which you obviously would expect. The staff seemed to struggle with the basics eg showing people to a table, taking orders etc which is hard to understand as it was almost empty.

Pizza was typical of this franchise. Service was iffy. Quick to seat then long wait to order. Food was fairly quick after ordering but had to wait to pay. Actually got up and paid on the way out. Several people just standing around. Friendly but not working too hard.
Ordered a medium pepperoni pizza, boneless wings and a double order of breadsticks... ended up with pizza that looked and tasted like it sat in the warmer all day, the breadsticks were clearly stale and who knows when those were made, and the parm garlic sauce was off...out of the entire order we only had 4 breadsticks and 1 slice of pizza.. and they've had NO delivery driver. I used to order regularly from this restaurant but its since gone downhill.. not happy at all. Hell they left out a container of blue cheese which is pretty pathetic.

Sunday evening 08/25/19 - Sadly, always woefully understaffed. Delivery service spotty at best. Called and went into hold service after waiting a while I hung up and tried the app only to be told after "building a pizza" the store isn't accepting app orders. So I called back and waited until finally someone answered. Man's name was "Steve" and he immediately said they were not delivering. I suggest that you do what I did, removed the app from my phone and will definitely take my business elsewhere. They're are better options generally in the area including going to the Nice & Easy Store and buy a frozen pizza.

This is how businesses fail. They arent able to provide the services they advertise because they cant maintain a body of staff. Climate and culture is what determines whether or not you can keep staff. And if it isnt working, your customers will jump ship. You cant even get a simple pizza delivered
