My sandwich was missing lettuce lol. The other sandwich I ordered was so wimpy looking I thought it was only bread. Had to open it up and double check. Very skimpy on the meat and cheese. I'm thinking they must've been busy because I've never had an issue before.
Went in with my grandson. Ordered food. Workers were impatient and had an attitude. I ordered a flatbread steak. When i opened it up it was rolled up and hardly any meat and cheese on it. It was 5 inches long and maybe an inch and a half wide. Very disappointing for the price.

Me and a friend stopped at Subway on Central ave couple weeks ago, their foot long cookie, as doesn't look like on TV, it looks very good. Their pretzel is not as big as what they projected on TV so, and it was hard, so I wouldn't recommend that the cookie. Didn't the foot long cookie didn't look? They looked about the same size. So I don't think it was foot long. Their sandwiches are good. They did do better on cutting the meit. For my professional opinion there, their subs roles are getting better. I just feel that. You advertised something on TV. It's supposed to be that same size. And then when you go to the store it's really small so. Don't don't always believe what you see on TV.
Parking: Their parking is in a little strip mall so they have plenty of parking. This is the Subway on Central ave in colony, New York. I would just hope that when they advertise their cookies and their pretzels, it'd be actually the same size as they show on TV. Because you go there to get you want the foot long cookie or you want it the same size as your sub, not smaller, you Subway want to? Make money like everyone else. I just feel that if you're gonna show it on TV to be the same size as your sub once you want that in your restaurant.

The "Monster" sub that we ordered seemed to have only half of the meats it should
love the whole crew! They are kind, easy going and down to earth! They are hard workers and i wouldnt ask for anything more with their artistic ways how they make subs! thanks for the steak egg and cheese!!! you guys rock!!
I worked here temporarily. They are a cubicle inside Hyde mobile. They do not have the full listing of all their deli options like competing stores. But they do have a respectable selection of their promotional subs you see on TV. This is a fast paced subway. If you go in during lunch time they are guaranteed to be packed because they’re usually understaffed. The employees are friendly and can memorize people’s personal preferences.
Vegetarian options: You can have a sub with only vegetables there is a solid half of the counter that’s only veggies. You can order a veggie salad if you don’t want meat.
Dietary restrictions: It is pretty straightforward on the overhead menu what foods are vegan friendly, have nuts, then what type of meat is offered.

I was in Subway the other day and I have to tell you the staff is amazing. They had the most rude customer I have ever seen and the staff handled it so well. This customer even started being rude to another customer when told that she was being extremely rude. I have worked in restaurants for over 18 years and the staff at Saranac Lake Subway handled it much much better then I ever would have!!!! They are always friendly and always helpful and my food is always perfect!!!
