Ive been coming to saugerties for a while now and didnt know about this little hidden gem! We stopped in to have brunch to celebrate my father in laws birthday. Service was wonderful and food was hot and quick. I ordered my usual dinner food: 3 eggs over easy with French fries with melted mozzarella and sausage with a coke. Food was fairly prices too!

Our first there here. I had the pancake combo. 2 chocolate chip pancakes ,2eggs over easy, bacon with hash browns. It was sooo delicious! The price was pretty good also. Please give this place a try.

i ordered a slice of tres leches cake to go. what i got was a vanilla cake with strawberry preserves & nuts. when i spoke with the manager she refused to give a refund & lied straight to my face that what i was given IS tres leches cake, when there was no tres leches (milk "gravy") but there were strawberry preserves & nuts (ingredients not found in any tres leches recipes) it's either false advertisement or the woman is a bold faced liar, or both.

I write this review as I sit in Michael's Diner in Kingston. After many visits (at least 12) to this establishment I have finally made today my last visit. I have always received my order incorrectly. However, I always over looked it as I never wanted to cause an issue for the waitress. Today was different. Today we were totally disrespected. My party of two were sat down and handed menus. We immediately folded our menus as we knew what we wanted.(again here many times) we waited about 5 minutes and a table of four was sat literally on top of us. Another 5 mins go by and the waitress goes to the party of four and takes their order. Leaving us with our menus still folded on the table. When I confronted the waitress and manager ( while walking out) I was told "no that didn't happen" and my waitress was on her way. Again total disrespect. Not only did you treat me like a second class citizen... You think I am a idiot when you tell me no that didn't happen. Never again would I visit this poor excuse for a diner.
Had breakfast. The home fries lacked flavor, my omelette was over cooked. My granddaughters omelet was good and grandsons French toast disappeared rather quickly.

I've been twice and both times was a horrible experience. I left pissed off both times. Our waitress had a horrible attitude. I was with my fiancé and daughter. She was leaning on us (against our chair) which taking our order. When we got our food it was super cold, I didn't even touch my food nor did my fiancé. I was super pissed when I looked behind me and saw her texting, that's why she didn't know the food wasn't any good and probably why my food was extremely cold. When she finally came back to our table almost an hour later, I just asked for a manger. Won't be going back. The manager was super nice he was so understanding.
